Methodology

Although our development team have been creating FileMaker databases since the 1980s, we are first and foremost business people who have subsequently specialised in FileMaker.

One of the biggest factors in introducing, or replacing an existing database system is that it demands an assessment, or more likely a reassessment of an organisation's working practices.

By working closely with our customers, we strive to reach a balance between designing flexible systems that meet each customer's needs, and identifying areas where efficiency or productivity can be improved.

This usually involves being business analysts, database consultants, project managers as well as database developers, which ensures continuity throughout the project.
