Mac OS X First Access

Accessing FileMaker Pro from one of our cloud servers only requires a computer and web browser such as Safari, Firefox or Chrome. The video below demonstrates how to do this for the first time. The procedures include: accessing the Citrix XenApp log-in screen using your browser; how to download the Citrix ICA client software; and how to launch FileMaker.
