FileMaker WebHelp - The Time Bank

WebHelp uses a time bank system where you make a 'financial 'deposit', which gives you time credit in the Time Bank. The minimum deposit is 1 hour, which can be called off by the minute. The size of deposit you make should relate to the amount of help you believe you'll need.

Time credits do not expire, so any unused time remains available until used up.

WebHelp assistance sessions are booked in advance to ensure all necessary resources are available for each call. Standard opening hours are 09:00 to 17:30 GMT, although sessions can be arranged outside of this by mutual consent.

Useage reports are issued by email at appropriate times or upon request. Here's an overview of the above:
